Employer been trying to get a credit account setup with PBTech for over a week now, and getting nowhere.

Email, no reply, phone, get hung up on.

Do they not want our business.....

Anyway, anyone got a contact there who I can reach out to, to get this sorted ? :)

TIA

Hi Gavin,

Just had a chat with the corporate team - best inbox for this one is onboarding@pbtech.co.nz.

It being Black Friday + a number of folks under the weather at the minute, I understand the team is a little backlogged, but I've been given the good word that they're keeping an eye out for your escalation coming through today. Please let me know how you get on.

Cheers,

 - Nik
