That’d be hilarious if it did. That shop has been empty for a long while. Was it Noel Leeming that was there after DS and didn’t do well enough to stay open?

Yes it was, and they had a whole bunch of externally accessible click-and-collect (I assume) lockers at the side.

You probably will find they (next Tennant or the landlord) used window film on the windows and now its coming off...

Must have been a laxed landlord and most would want the lease holder to "put back to day 0" when they vacate.

That would be bizarre. They were in that exact building many years ago. Worth knowing that there are some pretty good independent operators who also do repairs a few doors down. I discovered to my horror that I was using my fibre with old cat 1 cables and not getting my max allowable speed, and they sorted me with a range of cat 6 cables in different lengths at very reasonable prices.

It could indeed be something like that. When the local Whitcoulls closed they took down the sign and briefly exposed the Deka sign that was still underneath.

Yes. I also believe that that branch of Noel Leeming never, ever performed well, and was eventually shut down.
