Last night I requested a password change on Fatso. The new password took quite a few minutes to come though but I was not to concerned.

However when I logged in the account was disabled! So I reenabled it to find it said the last payment had failed. As I had had my credit card number changed recently I thought maybe it had the old details so updated it and got it to charge now. Only to find that the account was like I had left it a few years ago when I did a trial with fatso!! The current queue, the disks I have out at the moment. All gone!

Of course you can only get hold of them during the week so I have sent a request and will call on Monday but has anyone else had this happen to them?

Turns out that it is possible to have two accounts using the same email address. I don't think you are supposed to be able to but that is what had happened. When I went into work and signed in using the saved password there was my current account. Login with the password that had been sent out and there was the old one.

As the old one was still at the old rate and after talking to them I have now suspended the account we had started using and manually moved the queue over to the old account. Saves me $9 per month so I am happy. They changed the email address of the newer account to stop the same thing happening again.

Now I just have to get all the disks we have out back before the 6th so we don't get charged for another month.
