It looks like the geomagnetic storm from the CME that arrived this morning is still going strong, so hopefully it lasts until it gets dark. Unfortunately the moon is just past first quarter and doesn't set until 4am. But it was a pretty good show a couple of nights ago and the moon didn't detract too much, so hopefully it is good again tonight.
Anyone have any tips on good forecast data? I mostly just look at https://services.swpc.noaa.gov/images/aurora-forecast-southern-hemisphere.jpg and http://auroraalert.otago.ac.nz/aurora/prediction.html but a lot of people use https://aurora-alerts.uk/ as well.
