I have contacted them a few times about a company who I can't unsubscribe from and continues to email me.  But had no response. Used their website https://www.dia.govt.nz/Spam-Enforcement-Action  .  I see their last enforcements were back in 2023, and their website has broken images and looks dated. Anyone know if it is still operating?

They can only really enforce things against spammers that can be proven to be based in NZ. Thanks at least in part to their efforts, that's basically nothing anymore so that's probably why not much action in the last couple of years. But they yeah they do still exist. Is this company an NZ company?

I have recently reported some nuisance emails that are clearly from NZ based businesses. So if no enforcement action is happening then I would imagine it's due to under-resourcing rather than a lack of any violations from NZ businesses.

Yes it is a NZ based company. I have contacted them several times to remove me, including via there social media,  but they have ignored it. Likewise I have contacted the DIA directly via their email address complaining that the company was still spamming me despite reporting them and the DIA is also non responsive. Years ago when I reported a company for doing the same thing the DIA were very responsive and got me unsubscribed.

Clowns like that are the reason why I very rarely give my main personal email address to any business. I just provide throwaway addresses that I shut down when they inevitably get abused.

Can you set up a filter to block anything from their domain name?

I have got it set to send them to junk mail and the email address is reported for spamming. But the occasional one still sneaks through. It is a very well known company too so it is somewhat surprising that their customer service is so poor.
