We are a medium size business and have been managing our IT inhouse (probably poorly), as we are in a period of significant growth and are expanding to multi-country locations we need to bring in expertise to assist with network infrastructure setup and security. Ideally they would be local to Hamilton. I'm working through the large providers atm but interested if anyones wants to share their experience/recommendations.

Thanks

Elite Business Systems or IT Partners in Hamilton are both good.

Not direct customer experience, but I can recommend both of these companies because they've both been around a long time and friends I know and trust work at their Hamilton locations.

Elite Business Systems

IT Partners

You mention 'expanding to multi-country locations', so I'm guessing AU?

Is Datacom on your list of big providers? I know they have a presence in NZ & AU.

IT Provider (Auckland) here. I'd just like to +1 for Elite. I've heard quite a few good things about them from multiple people.

Thanks to everyone who replied, messaged, and especially those who made themselves available by phone. This was really helpful. You are now all the IT providers for my heart 😜
