Greetings All,

2 days ago I paid for a laptop from NZ PCClearence in Auckland, I have not had any form of confirmation that the order has been accepted or even confirmed and 2 emails to them have gone unanswered, beginning to think they are not a legit business and ive thrown a heap of money down the drain.

Anybody had any dealings with them by any chance ?

Regards

They're a registered company and their address matches the one on their website. That's not the case with a lot of dodgy places.

Hi I have purchased multiple desktops from them and can not speak highly enough of them, clearly YMMV, but I suggest you give them some time to respond.

I've used them too, and they were great -- especially as the Dell laptop I bought had a memory problem, and they immediately replaced it. Good on them.

I have noticed, however, that Temu has been using the same phrase "NZ pc clearance" in their adverts, and this comes up on search as an alternative. Wouldn't trust that lot.

Used them a few times and had no issues with sales or in one case a warranty return

Bought a couple of machines from them with no issues. I seem to remember last time I got no email confirmation. But goods turned up a couple of days later. Apart from that though I have found them great to deal with.
