As I was dropping off to sleep last night my wife made some mention of it but in my head it just registered as yet another gang related shooting.....not what I woke up to :(

Feels like the world’s gone mad. Young cousin with mother and child calling an Uber in Auckland and a random woman ran across and hit her in the face with her bag. Shocking. 

Interesting how the SMH writes "alleged" as caption for a photo of the guy holding a rifle and a video of him shooting the rifle...

"[Murderer] has been identified as one of the alleged gunmen." 

Pretty sure the "alleged" wording is due to legal processes, until they have been to court and charged etc...
