Hi guys,

I see on pricespy.co.nz that elive.co.nz is often one of the best-priced online retailers for IT products.

Does anyone have any experience buying from elive?

Havent heard anything bad about them.

The guy who runs it lives down the road from me..... so I can let air out of his tyres if the service is sloppy Tongue out (Yes, I am kidding :) )

I've used Elive alot. They are good with communications and prompt respond to questions. Been using it over a year now.

One you have watch out for is Expert Info. They are not good at communication and time wasting :(

Yeah heard a few things about Expert.... theyve just moved building now (or branched out) into Sunnybrae Road in Glenfield.

I purchased a Samsung laser printer from Elive in Feb 09.  The printer was shipped promptly but arrived without a toner cartridge,  Elive acted promptly to rectify the issue and kept me informed as to what was happening.

I would not have any hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Sounds like elive are onto it. I like their online chat feature, very cool to be able to chat with someone directly.
