Please can someone skilled in call accounting tell me how to use forced account codes as Pin numbers? How will these appear in my reports?

Most small PBX do not have real PIN numbers

What PBX are you using?  Most pair with a RADIUS server for call accounting/authentication.

Siemens, Alcatel, Avaya, all have  a srial or IP call record output, Or they twrite their call records to a file, makes no difference, it is what I do with the information that matters.
