I was told about this site that is starting up realstew. Its a place that sits at the front of your google and you can make money from it. It sounds a bit dodgy. Does anyone else hear about it. I am worried to sign up if its dodgy.

And the site is empty anyway.

There's nothing that gives you money for free.

I don't think its dodgy. Just remains to be proven as a successful venture.

It doesn't commence properly until August. You can, however, sign up already (and get in at close to the top of what I think is some sort of network marketing structure).

I've joined already, and it required nothing more from me than my email address - so is a pretty safe bet I think.

A few years ago I joined something called AllAdvantage.com. I speculate that there might be similarities (really is nothing more than my speculation, mind). It didn't last the distance, however - unfortunate - since I was making a couple of hundred $ per month from it at one stage! However, the experience proved to me that these things can actually work.

So you wouldn't mind sharing with us exactly what the AllAdvantage.com required of you to work?

Alladvantage was 10 yrs ago now :)
You installed their toolbar on your browser which pretty much monitored what type of sites you were visiting - for the "intrusion" they paid you an hourly rate.
I made a few $$ from it as well but Ill admit I cheated the system a bit (as most people probably did) - there was a program you could install which browsed sites for you. So youd setup the program, goto bed, wake up the next morning and find another $2 in your account :)

As I thought. These schemes don't survive long because of cheating going around.

I think it's time to lock this thread - perhaps even delete it.

Folks, if you are interested there's an explanation about RealStew in another discussion. Please follow up comments and questions there.
