Been sick for 3 weeks, on and off now and starteding to get mad! GGRRRR!!

Anyone else been hit hard this season? I hardly ever get sick, last time was like 3 years ago.
I've now been prescribed Tamiflu and a face mask. Haha. Not confirmed swine, they don't actually test for it anymore.

Been packing myself with Vitamin C, like HEAPS of it, and the usual signs that you've got pleanty of Vit C in your system hardly show at all!

Anyone else want to have a grizzle about being sick? Go ahead! :P

Haha I'll join in. I've been sick for over a month now! Got sick two weeks before uni exams started. Was really sick after my first exam. Doctor recommended that I get rest, but its hard to rest when you still have three exams to study for. Got to the point where I had to rest but was stressing out because I couldn't study, but when I did study I wouldn't recover. A vicious cycle!

Was just getting better until recently I got hit hard again with the flu. Just spent 6 hours in the hospital tonight kept under observation. It's been a hell of a month! Thankfully I don't have swine flu, did see a guy tonight in the emergency department with swine flu tho... bunch of people wearing surgical masks around him in intensive care.

Looking forward to getting my new iPhone 3GS, think I deserve a new gadget to play with after what I've been through!

This about flu jabs is the first one usually makes you sick, by the second year, you'll usually be fine.

Have to say, this Tamiflu is pretty awesome stuff.

Yeah I've pulled out of way too many weekend events for my liking lately. Between myself and my missus, it's just been week on/week off for the both of us.

Staff have been a bit thin on the ground at work too.

Some staff still not returned & are instead posting on forums -

They are also faking plumber photos in photoshop to get more time off work
