Just curious to know whether anyone has dealt with Sony NZ's service centre?

What was your experience?  As Sony products are priced at a premium, I would like to know whether customers receive premium after sales service too.

I sent my sony ericsson W350I in to be repaired 4 times, then they finally let me get a differant phone, I chose the G502 and that one had to be sent back 3 times before they gave me a replacement G502 which is yet to break. The first 2 times with the W350i, they tried to reflash but ended up currupting the phone and making the sim card slot un able to read sims and making me think my sim was faulty and ending up buying a new one. All fixed now but I've just brought a nokia 6500 slide and plan to use it on XT now. Sick of Sony.
