As posted via My Twitter recently, been having issues with Gamesman.

Heres a quick time line to explain what has been happening:

Monday morning - placed an order online for Rock Band PS3 (Disc only) - advertised special.
Paid via online secure credit card facilities - thats fine, all going to plan.
Checked monday night, Credit card online statement shows transaction - i'm thinking great should be a fast process.

Tuesday - Check online order status - says pending...

Wednesday - Check online order status - says pending...
Checked on website for phone number for Sales/Help, get 2 different email addresses.. sales@ and shane@.
Sent email to both enquiring about order... no reply.
Rung local Gamesman/EB store, he sends Shane email also, no reply.
4.30pm - get automated email saying order has been sent, given tracking number for Courier Post.

Thursday (today) - Check tracking again, says 6.38am package is with driver, awaiting delivery.
I notice the local Courier Post guy drive past a few times, no package for me.
I rung Courier Post up, they say my package is with the Northland Courier. They ask me to ring Gamesman and see whats going on.

I ring Gamesman up, they tell me they sent the game yesterday but will send email to Shane (Online store guy) and talk to person whom posted it and ring me back.

Meanwhile Shane replies and says it should've been sent to me days ago - and he will get to the bottom of this and then get back to me.

The store rung me back, and said that the game they sent yesterday was to another customer - and they didnt get my order until too late yesterday so couldn't courier it to me.

Somehow Shane got the other customers tracking number and set it to my order. So my order still hadnt been sent yet - and had no tracking number.
They (the store) said they will send today and ring me back with a tracking number.

Is this bad service or just bad luck? it took 4 days to get an item couriered out to me.. chances are i won't receive it till Monday since they won't do Saturday deliveries.
