Thought it would be nice to have a thread for this..

Its looking good so far, top marks for using a Call Centre to handle all the calls.

I'm watching it on TV3 HD on Sky, looks like either a high bandwidth SD picture or HD coming out of Auckland but def notice the less qual from the other 2 places...but I'm just nit picking lol

Good on them for trying, but no where near as entertaining as the ones done by TVNZ... We could only bear to watch it for an hour.

It feels more like a case of they have forgotten how to do it!

TV3 are always so bad at doing stuff like this.

I mean, for heavens sake, they're playing a commercial break every 5 mins!

Got tired of it after the first 30-40 minutes.. ad breaks come thick and fast, and it seems far too scripted. Loved the bit where they had a band playing and cut the end off just to play an ad.

Jeremy Corbett is not funny :-/ Good to see Bill and Ben on there, hopefully they can save TV3's bacon. Bring on the dares!

23 hours, bunch of girls blouses, the old Telethon's use to be 48 hours and they can't even do 24 :-P

ah well off to bed, might trying watching it again tomorrow.

I think it's an idea that is past the used by date, didn't bother watching it.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

It's a joke. Boring, too scripted, unheard of bands and people, too many ad breaks, and pretty embarrassing when it looks like there's only a handful of people present at each location.

I seem to remember when SPTV and later TVNZ ran these they finished about 9.00PM Sunday evening. I see the TV3 version finishes at 6.00PM Sunday and then it's back to the dross..

Was too busy watching the grass grow. It was by far more entertaining.
