If you are not a millionaire you probably can get away with three good suits and two extra pair of trousers. Note I said "good" meaning they should be of quality and last a while.

I am probably due to look for something new, since my, er, circunference, has enlarged in the last few years, being older now and all...

I didn't know there was a Hugo Boss store in New Zealand. I assume is a retailer that sells Hugo Boss (but not exclusively), like the one on Willis St, Wellington?

I am pretty sure it's a retail store...but I can't guanratee...
I will be picking up the suit today to double check and make sure...

It's in 277 new market, on the ground floor, which connects onto broadway side..
Everything they had in the store was Hugo Boss, but I will check again :)

@Regs,

How is the quality in Thailand? They have cotton farms there so I guess the quality is fair too?!
Might have to pop their some time, love the entertainment :)

Just picked up my suit today, and yes it is a HUGO BOSS retail store.
It's quite nice, it's on the ground floor of 277.

Can check it out sometime, very friendly staff...

I saw their suits on display today, looked really nice, but I didn't manage to have time to go in and have a look.

Maybe next weekend I will check it out...
But first I will need to buy a new pair of shoes along with my new suit.

I am of quite big build, so would probably need some non pointy leather shoes :)

I think I should pop by china and get some fake LVs, etc...lol

But have also hear a lot of bad stories of fake and non branded material.
I am quite content with me super160 hugo boss atm..

any good place to buy nice leather shoes to go with suits :)?!

yep, i went to thailand, and i got two suits with two trousers each made from imported italian wool and cotton.... plus a lot of shirts, ties and socks too. all for the price of a single good quality suit in NZ. plus a holiday :-D

the 'hugo boss' store in newmarket would probably be 'Saks' http://www.saks.co.nz/

Um... I dont think it's Saks, the store manager past me his business card and it only said hugo boss.
It's shop G04 277 BROADWAY.

I am quite sure it's only hugo boss, since thats the only brand I could see throughout the store...
from belts, ties, cufflinks, wallets..all boss brands...

but please correct me if I am wrong >_<!

if you're in the 277 mall, aquila is a good store for leather shoes.  i've bought a couple of pairs there for roughly $150-$200 each and both are still in fine working order.... unlike the cheaper (but equally nice looking) shoes from the likes of tarocash and other stores
