4.8 due to gaming graphics, everything else was 5.5 to 5.9 on my Compaq 8510p T7700 notebook.

Very good, but I have to say this is a Photoshop fail. The only way I found out it was a doctored picture though was because under very close examination I've noticed your 7.9 base score is wrong - the base score is always the lowest number - in your case since the HDD is 7.9 then the final result should be 6 (Graphics)...

Otherwise great graphics work there.

You would have to have a pretty damn good machine to get a 7.9! cant remember what my home machine gets but think its a 5.9 and thats a phenom2 quadcore with 8gb of ram! (admitedly i think its the hard drive holding it back) but heres my work machine anyway, nothing special:

1. download a 56k modem
2. download a harddrive.

Kinda cheated had the CPU clocked at 2.97 GHz at the time so the 2.50GHz = 6.4 details are wrong Tongue out

Anyone got 6 + for Primary hard drive?? If so what hard drive is it??

To get faster will probably be looking at a SSD, correct?? which = $$

Interestingly - i had to replace my graphics card Nvidia 8800GT 512MB under warranty.
It was replaced by a Gigabyte 9800GT Silent Cell 1GB - now i'm scoring 5.9 on both graphics scores...

But on a plus side it is running cooler and games are running smoother

Ahh suck.. even a video card with 1gb of onboard RAM aint good.  Does screen resolution affect these scores? (This is my HTPC set to 1920x1080)
