Lol, looks like the opinion poll on stuff has turned into a battle of the bots. Either that or its setting a record for hits. www.stuff.co.nz

The "I like her" faction were leading this morning (which I found hard to believe) but now the "Hate her" bots are striking back.

The 3 News site has 56% in support of her currently.

Personally I think it's absolutely absurd that someone like her could ever get into parliament, and she's a perfect example of why we need to ditch MMP.

Totally agree. The quicker the referendum is held on MMP the better. I think it is totally absurd that Keith Locke got into Parliament.

Good luck finding a better system then, I'd rather not go back to FPP.  Back in the 80's I was in a safe Labour seat (and a Labour supporter) but voting for National was the most powerful use of my vote, it reduced the Labour candidates margin by 2.

FPP? I'd rather not go back to a system where Labour can win the most votes but National wins the most seats in Parliament.

To quote from Dilbert "There is no point discussing things with people because either they will agree with you or just say stupid stuff"

Think you will find this will always apply to political discussions.

I was just interested in the huge numbers of hits on the Stuff site.

And one of the only respectable polititions around, atleast he knows if he is left or right wing, not on the fence like most of them.

By, by Sue, you should have stuck to Green politics instead of trying to enforce social policy which you knew nothing about.

So is she going back to her original "profession" of career protesting while on a benefit?

Would it be too bold of me to say that we could, in fact, add every politicans (or at least 99.97%) name to the list, if we got everyones opinion?

anyways, back to Sue.

I would gladly shut the door behind her as she leaves.

It's true, to be an MP you have to have a certain amount of arrogance....although the option of Communism doesn't really work well in most Geekzoners favour.
