Doesn't it say "Dining Room Opening Hours" and then times (It says it right in the middle of the screen ).. and the drive-thru is open 24 hours a day...

I think what hes meaning is the sign says the drive through is ONLY open 24-7

I read it as drive in only is open for 24/7

yeah my interpretation would be, the drive-thru is only 24/7 and the dine-in is not.
