think that's bad?  Imagine being one of the bars who paid something like $5k for the licence to show the fight.  No way would they get that back in extra drinks sold etc.

Or what about one of the guys who shelledout $10k+  for ringside seats.

$10k+ seats are corporate box seats and are only sold to BIG company's.

I was sitting in one of those, and it was totally worth it! (it does help that my partner's sister is married to David Wink)

But I guess it would be dissapointing to have paid that much for 3 minutes and 7 seconds...and the venue guys packed up really quick as well, so everyone was out fast. It was great to see David back in the ring with such an emphatic win though, been playing the You Tube vid in a loop all afternoon lol

David Tua was always going to waste Shame Cameron in a very short space of time.

Well done David.

+1

I setup a projector to watch it on the big screen, was a quick way to burn $40 but well worth it.

Well, to be fair the question of "has Tua still got it considering he's almost 37?" was a legitimate one.

Unfortunately for Cameron, the answer was "yes"!

Great to see Tua back, hope he gets the fights he's looking for.

What's the next step for him? I'm assuming he'll want to take a crack at the heavyweight title again, but I'm assuming he needs to fight his way up to that?

Next step is to break that stupid contract with Maori TV, and then fight his way to another world title attempt

They are talking about Hasim Rahman next.  Maybe if Tua beats him convincingly (big if) that would get him a title shot?

Any title shot would surely have to be in the US though, and I think that Maori TV deal means 3 more fights in NZ first.

I've just noticed most of the vids on You Tube have been taken off due to copyright from Duco and Knockout TV. It was to be expected I guess...
