Is it just me or is the Hell Pizza website broken?


http://www.hellpizza.co.nz/



They've changed it recently and when I click on the Tauranga button it hangs on "loading menu items".


Tried it in Safari and Firefox, no dice. Is this happening to anyone else?


I guess I'll have to call them and (shudder) talk to someone!

A couple of weekends ago it was down with a "500 Internal Server Error" for about 30-40mins. I was getting very hungry!!! Cry

You could just grab the Whitepages book, look up Hell Pizza and dial 0800 666 111. Or Pizza Hut 0800 838 383.

There's no excuse for this lazyness...

There is, firstly I would do the same as I change my pizza's around so I like to know its done right, also Pizza Hut is just fowl!!!! I know freitasm would hate me for this, but Dominos in cheaper and better, always my second choice (P.S. I will stop mf baiting now :P)

I liked to use the website because its easier to customize the pizzas than over the phone.
Nothings too lazy when it comes to fast food pizza ;) Thats the whole point of fast food is it not?

I did exactly that!! (Order Dominos online as a second choice that is). I know, I didn't want to. It was a painful experience deviating from the beloved Hell. Please don't banish me MF!! Like I said I was hungry...... and like you pointed out, very lazy. Embarassed

Forgive me for I have sinned.


On a side note, and I don't mean further my chances of the forementioned "banhammer", but laziness is spelt with an i not a y. *Braces for "banhammer"*

How many times have your ordered over the phone and they have screwed it up becuase either they can't speak english or it's so noisy in the store they can't hear what you are saying? For me, I would say thing would be at least 1 in every 4.

I have found online ordering much more accurate. Pizza Hut is OK for phone orders however as the orders are taken at a call centre rather than in the stores themselves.

I agree ordering online is the way to go. I order online all the time. The problem is when someone posts "I am hungry, can't wait for the website to come back".

If you are really hungry just get to the damn phone.

Thought it was just me noticing the Hell Pizza changed. This is indeed the old website, the newer one was much better. Although sometimes when i went to place an order it wouldnt go through, but didnt happen often.

Hell is defiently the way to go :P
