my son bought a copy of the latest Harry Potter DVD and found he could get a bonus digital copy so he followed instructions only to be told that it only works on Windows XP and above , which is strange as he is running Xp service pack 3. has anyone got any ideas of why its saying this or how to get round it, the troubleshooting guide is no help

Probably doing a check on the OS version and when it was designed, SP2 was the latest SP.....

Quick Google shows a lot of issues with getting the digital copy even back when the previous HP movie was released on DVD.

Check on the Warner Bros site for any fix...

well done WB , the only way to get a digital copy is to copy the dvd and break the law because you make a simple task unworkable, and the movie studio's wonder why piracy is such a big deal.
