I made quite a large order 6 days ago and after recieving the "The following order request has been sent to TasTech for processing..." email, have recieved no further contact regarding it.

Anyone know what's going on?

Sounds odd, I'd give them a ring.

Sounds about normal for Tastech, the service is crap. Took him 2 weeks once to reply about ordering a $500 PC case.

Another time I ordered a copy of vista, got told by email that it had arrived so i drove across town to pick it up. Once there he turned around and told me he never ordered it and to come back in 2 days.

I just had a motherboard replaced via Tastech. Took 5 weeks. 4 of those just to get the RA number to send it back!

Absolutely rubbish service both at sale and support. I'd say this is par for the course.

Hmm. I've order from them twice before and both times the service was quick and friendly. I guess its gone downhill since then...

That sounds normal. With Tastech, I've been ignored on orders as well. I guess that's what you get for a one man band operating out of a house.  Oh, he ignores phone messages as well.

Its never been good, the case i was trying to order was 4+ years ago.

Alot of people complain about his service on other forums.

I don't understand... How does he expect to make money if he ignores orders?
