It's a copyrighted material, right? So offering it - and charging for it - without a license is illegal. That's all.

If other sites offer copyrighted material - and charge for this material - without proper consent from the copyright owners then they have to be sured.

What are you implying? They shouldn't?

cws82us: theres alot of sites out there. and it will be very hard to sue every one of them.

The UFC is targeting sites streaming their pay-per-views live, there's a few big sites that according to them if they take down, will be worth it in the extra buys they gain.

Sorry - but just because it's the first time someone does something illegal, why should the authorities treat you any different?


FTA, the second paragraph states that the activity is illegal - this appears to be black and white.
