I purchased an External HDD on February 16th which was listed as in stock at the online store. I got notified that it was on backorder and that new stock would arrive on Feb 22nd. On Feb 22nd I was notified it would arrive on Feb 25th. Today I get notified that new stock would be in on March 12th.
The reason why I got this online is because they had a web only special going at the time.
Can't they just send me one/give me one from a store since they are listed as in stock there? I mean, it's a no brainer. I'm 5 minutes from a store.
I'm patient but I just don't want the status on March 12th to turn into March 26th
I know that there are a few DSE team members on Geekzone, maybe you can enlighten me?
