So my friend has asked me to make him some custom software, now i don't usually do this sort of thing but i do have the skills and its for a friend, so i thought why not? But i thought if i am going to all this trouble i may as well set up a website and sell it as a software package(it is POS software). So i need some sort of contract to say that my friend is only purchasing a license off me and not the actually ownership of the software so that way i can sell it to as many people as i want. Is their some sort of generic contract out their on the web, or how would i go about writing one of these up myself?
thanks

You really need to be talking to a Lawyer, not Geekzone :)
