I've diagnosed an OOB (out of balance) switch fault with a GW703-K (part of the GWL11 family) washing machine from the error code 00101011. I've checked the switch and it moves freely and clicks when pushed in. I've checked the wiring and it appears to be plugged in. I have not as of yet removed the switch to check it closer (I have also not checked the wiring with a multi-metre, thats the mornings task). The machine is also level and the bias spring appears fine.
Would this be an issue that is best resolved with a new OOB switch or is it an issue with the Motor Controller Module? Does anyone have any other ideas as to what the issue could be?
The better half would rather go out and purchase a new machine but myself, being a typical male, would much rather spend countless hours and as little as possible fixing the machine we have

Cheers
