Hey there,

I'm looking at simplifying things here and am looking for a decent payroll service. Normally everything gets sent to the Accountant but It costs more than it should and I'd like to know what you guys use?

Thanks!

Does a bit more than just Payroll, though. Accounting, Workflow, Document Management, etc... More of an ERP for small businesses than just a Payroll package.

SaaS, so there's nothing to install and/or manage.

Disclaimer: I work for them. ;)

I don't use any payroll system myself, but I do know a guy - Robert Owen - that has an online payroll system that could be good.

Whilst I know nothing about the payroll system, I do know that the owner/developer Robert Owen is a very good guy.

kind regards Andrew TD

it depends entirely on how many employees you have, and the complexity of their pay (e.g. hourly, salary, commission based, bonuses, etc etc).

I use flexitime and its great, especially with its integration with Xero and generation of IR-file. There was a bit of a learning curve but I rang Robert and he talked me through it all and explained other things which I may need.
