Apart from a few greenlisted sites I almost never browse without adblock, so maybe I'm just spoilt.  But..

This is pretty extreme.

Just today, think they've been paid a fortune be Telecom for this weekends 99c call advertising promotion. It'll be gone Monday and back to it's near normal self I'm sure
!

It's just punishing people who don't adblock, then they moan and wonder why people install adblock....  did it occur to them it is them ramming ad's at people like that.

Whenever i'm reading Stuff no doubt a spelling mistake will show up, just the other day i read bekuase no not 'because' but bekause...lol Someone in Stuff is under a lot of pressure to get the news out on time.

Yeah I know that feeling, was up in the Waikato a few weeks ago....do the Waikato Times editors have spell check turned off or something?  Possibly the most spelling errors I've ever seen in a paper that wasn't a community times anywhere in NZ

Ahh, I was trying to block it with the Safari adblock extension but it wouldn't work..not that it matters, I only get the smallest of blue strips down each side.
