If you've not been accepted to the bar you can't represent anyone but yourself.  You can sit in as what's called a McKenzie friend but what you can say/do is exceptionally limited.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McKenzie_friend

Whats your point and motivation? The only people who win in such cases are the lawyers, as they make all the money. All you are doing would be making money for lawyers.

seriously individuals taking on a company as you seem to want to, is very very expensive, especially when their is a mechanism available to you to lodge a complaint which is with the Commerce Commission, part of their function is to take companies to task if their is sufficient evidence etc so if you believe you have a real case you should be bringing it to their attention.  I seriously doubt you will find a lawyer who would fund this out of their own pocket they would be more then happy to take your money.

They won't if it's a legitimate case.

No, they'll slap the company with a wet bus ticket.  At one point they were doing this regularly to a certain retailer for their misleading advertising.  Not sure if they still are but the advertising is still just as misleading.
