I have moved this to the Off Topic forum, and removed the duplicate post... As a good geek you should know better than double-posting, url dropping and other things that make people unpopular.

And SHOUTING in the subject is not better either.

The Off Topic forum is this one, instead of the other focused forums.

Url dropping is people posting links to their own sites - and auctions - for self-promotion, without contributing to other discussions. In summary something selfish...

It does look like and interesting an funny thing, but "Check this website out"??? Everyone knows what is trademe, no need to "check this website", and the sentence is more like "check my joke auction, make it a viral thing, so that people can check my other auctions".

Viral things are natural, not forced.
