Heh, yes the simplest explanation is that it must be a time-travelling shape-shifting alien talking on an invisible cell phone! Take that, Occam!

Cheers,
Joseph

I'd like to see the 10 seconds of film either side of that. :-)

The lady vanishes too, you can see it on the closeup part.. freaky.

Though I am sure there is some valid explanation..

"Lady covering face and talking out to the director 'Stop filming me'"

To me, the film clip looks far too clear and smooth in motion to have been shot in 1928. Especially with the detail available when the clip is blown up to show the persons face.

@ ZollyMonsta - The woman(?) disappears because the scene is being faded into another.

I have serious doubts about the authenticity of this clip.

At the end of the edited clip some other people (children?) appear on the left of the screen... and their shadows aren't from the same angle..

Clearly filmed in a parallel universe that had cell phones and multiple suns.

I'd imagine it's a PR stunt for some film thing that will be announced in the near future.

yeah, I am struggling to see anything in the person's hand. There is a black shadow, but I wouldn't go as far to say there is a black flat phone it there.

It could be any number of objects in the hand, or nothing at all.

As for the talking, probably just talking to themselves. I know my wife does it when she thinks no one is around.

But then again it could be a time traveller, but my mind isnt that open im sorry!!

Looked pretty much like a heavy male dude trying to pretend to be an old woman.
Just looks like he he is trying to hide his face a bit.

Earwax?

An itch
.... No obviously time travel is a much simpler explanation

Surely rule #1 when time travelling is not to appear in movies, whats this woman thinking. Damn rookies.

Also fortunate they she time travelled from the era when phones were about the size they are now rather than from say the early 80s - A Motorola Brick would have been a bit obvious.

She should have used a bluetooth headset!

Good work. I questioned whether it was a woman in my first post.

It's clear to me now that Dr Who has been a cross-dresser in a previous incarnation.  Here, he's been caught out communicating with someone back in the tardis.
