Heres a useless timewaster... go through your MSN list, and pick the strangest name in the list, and post here.
Winner gets five eighths of feck all...

I get a lot of people add me to ask me GSM stuff (phone unlocking) etc. I very rarely use the gawd awful, proper MSN client, mostly I use either Miranda IM or CenterICQ. When I DO switch back to "offical" MSN though (to transfer a file or use webcam) I can't believe the amount of flashing spinning smiley faced SH*TE that the MSN Interface has become. Even though I've patched it to remove all the ads/tabs etc.

I wish there was some option "Disable lame nicknames" or something equal, so it would strip everything and just leave the text.

Anyway, lamest nick on my list at the moment:

Loveless - to be with out love (work on the aw proceeds, i dunno why but it is :P)

WLM 8 allows you to change peoples nickanmes so who can actually tell who they are.

I fortunatley dont have any weird names on my list. I keep it to a minimum, only a few friends and family

Yea, that's why I use CenterICQ, you can call people anything you want.

I really should go through my MSN list and remove 90% of the people on there.

I use Adium which also allows for renaming of contacts (it also supports MSN transfers), its based on GAIM and runs on Mac OS X.

Since I have filtered down my MSN list, all of the people on it, I go by first name nowdays.

Its not MSN 8, MSN Messenger will be called Windows Live Messenger from V8 onwards. IMHO MSN (WL) Messenger, when patched, is by far the best (and best looking) IM client avalible.

With a 61% share of the IM market (Mess.be, 2006) MS probably don't care what people want to call it as long as they are using it
