How was your day yesterday and what did you do :)

I had an epic day yesterday, because I found out that someone I have liked for a very very long time, has similar feelings towards me :) - best feeling ever!

What about you lot?

Sat at my desk at work all day. Got home and felt sick, was asleep by 9pm.
Similar day so far today as well ;)

Drop kid at pre school, drop car for service, pay $500 for service, walk home, bit of work, reading books on my Kindle while chooks were out in the garden, walk to mall for lunch, get car from service, book cambelt replacement at $1800 for this Thursday, get kid from preschool, home, playing Borderlands for an hour, bed...

Just a normal day...

I had a frikkin awesome day!
I got a phonecall I totally didn't expect with a very interesting proposition.
Collected my lovely wife from work, went and picked up the empty beer bottles I won on TradeMe that I'm going to homebrew with.
Extra Bonus: Came with ~6 bottles of his homebrew he hadn't drunk yet!

Great day. I'm lucky - I love my job.

Audiophiles are such twits! They buy such pointless stuff: Gold plated cables, $2000 power cords. Idiots.

Had work all day, then hit up the gym, after that I put the tea on, chicken sweet chilli and lime (drool) and then had a nice relaxing bath. Haven't had one in years.. It was great!

Redbull, it wasn't long ago you posted on geekzone that you were having withdrawal symptoms from your partner who was studying or something..? Is this not the same dude??

I worked all day which was a painful experience as I'm in the process of expelling the remnants of some strong pain killers i was on for a few weeks - detox sucks! Still, I perked up by 5pm when I remembered it was family dinner night with the in-laws....it's always a good way to end a Monday :)

Oh, I also finished Force Unleashed 2 before I went to bed.  That was fun :)

Downbeat Christmas in store for you then.Wink
I liked the film but only because I am a huge Glenn Hansard/Swell Season/Frames fan but it is essentially a loong music video with a tenuous and [for me] unsatisfying story interspesed amongst some lovely songs.

And to stay on topic in off topic. Yesterday was bog-standard for me, I worked all day [in finance yay Frown] and walked home. Watched some Masterchef Australia and some other shows off torrent, watered the lettuces and tomatoes and assorted other plants.

Went for walk on a farm with a mate to sight in his new rifle. Shot 8 rabbits and 3 turkeys.
Spent the evening plucking 3 turkeys. (Don't do this inside!)
