Buildings cracking and being demolished are a pretty common scene here in Christchurch at the moment so it was a little unexpected to hear that a building in Auckland has started cracking and is at the point where it needs to be demolished.  I'm sure I'm not the only one that did a quick re-read to make sure they read the city right, lol...

When it was on the news I thought it was in CCH until the update reiterated "Auckland" - Bizarre!!
