I have a question for one if there is one around.

I have a gas line running down the side of my house, attached to the weatherboards.  If I want to run a power cable down the waetherboards (in conduit) whats the legal seperation distance?  I know it's 100mm in a trench just wondering if above ground and visible makes any difference.  Also can the electric conduit crossover the gas line?

No longer need a answer. I managed to get the power under the foundations instead of along the wall.
