NTL have plenty of bold plans for world domination but their record on execution and customer service has been pitiful. They're the Woosh of the UK but with deeper pockets. I just hope they don't drag the Virgin brand down with them.

Maybe this is the solution to Woosh's woes - go out and buy a much loved brand! "Judy Bailey Wireless" sounds nice and competent doesn't it...
