Hi guys
im looking to make a facebook page and im not sure what kind to choose.
i currently have a normal page about myself etc etc.
now, im looking to make a page for one of the school trips we had earlier this year.
i have tried making a group , but im not sure if thats the one i want.
for starters, i think its wise to keep the page private, just incase others do not want their photos looked at by people who werent involved on the trip. (we were all tired and look like a bag of....you know)

so im looking to make a facebook page, that makes users have to request for permission to view the page. and as admin, i can ignore, or accept that request.

or, im looking for a page where i can select the members i want to allow to view the page, and make it private so others cannot find the page, or get access denied or something.

looking forward to your replies, i have tried making a few , but im just not sure ae.
cheers
have a good day

The only problem with that is that any member of the group can then add more members, so if a member thinks its a good idea to add all his friends so they can see him in photos other people in the group may get annoyed as they don;t want their photos looked at by people who weren't on camp.

agreed jbard. a group has all the perfect settings, except the flaw you found above.
basically if they have to request to be able to view the photos, then i can post something and members can decide whether to allow or decline.
i want it to be something that all members can show their families, and still visit later on in life (providing facebook is still going)
its not private in the way of, someones naked etc. its more of, we didnt look in the mirror each day and some photos may be embarrassing (for the ladies) not myself.
