Hi I'm looking to buy some live abalones in Auckland but not know which place in city selling the live one,

Any one here  can direct me to a shop?Thanks

good luck and be very careful if you do find any as there are big fines for buying illegal Paua, you can buy it from MAF certified Paua farms if you have money and luck finding some. but the blackmarket in Paua is  big business and fines are large for anyone involved in it.




Common sense is not as common as you think.

Oh...I did not know that,I just simple thought that they sell it in a shop just like selling seafoods.

you can collect it yourself for free but there is a limit of 10 per day.

i'm pretty sure i've seen them for sale there, along with live clams, scallops, crabs, crayfish, fish, etc ...  certainly the first place i'd check out

Yep, I think I've seen them there too. Any of the larger shops (like Oceanz) should be able to get them for you.
