In the UK the usual test for a good obscenity filter is if it will pass the names of two towns, Pen1stone and Skunthorpe.

I have had emails blocked for using both these names.

People who wish to offend (or don't, but need to include a word which has been filtered) just slightly mis-spell rude words.

Anyway, nice to know what was stopping me posting.

I note that Geekzone fails this UK-centric test ;-)
