Hi all,

I'm going to Sydney for 4 days and thought I might grab a prepay micro SIM for my iPhone that preferably has data so I can use my phone in the evenings without racking up a huge roaming bill.

Thoughts.

Telstra seem to have the best coverage and data speeds.

I've had good results from Vodafone on my iPad when in Australia. Worked everywhere I needed it, was fast and reasonably priced (I think $15 for 1gb data).

Sorry for the late reply but avoid vodafone like the plague at the moment, I'm on my phone at the moment but when I get home I'll find some links to explain why

Optus had $4 Micro SIM's with 500MB data at Xmas time. Unsure if it was a one time promo or ongoing.
