So I called DSE who had a look and said it was fine. I told her that the courier guys said it wasn't. She assured me it was fine, and even had a reference number to prove it. So I log on and what do you know, it had changed. Now the courier website has my reference number, so this is the right one. But it woun't be here til at least tomorrow which will disappoint my sister as they said it should be here today.
The thing that really annoys me is they won't admit they made a mistake: they just acted like it never happened.
