So I made my first order through the DSE online store recently, Pokemon game for my sister. The price was good and free shipping, and as no-one would price match it they were the way to go. They took my money the next day, fair enough. They also provided me with a courier ticket number. Accoring to this the item should have been delivered today (my sister has been tracking it religously). However as of 4:30 it hadn't showed. So I called the courier company who, after some investigation, told me they had provided the wrong ticket number. I double the DSE site so I knew I hadn't made a mistake.
So I called DSE who had a look and said it was fine. I told her that the courier guys said it wasn't. She assured me it was fine, and even had a reference number to prove it. So I log on and what do you know, it had changed. Now the courier website has my reference number, so this is the right one. But it woun't be here til at least tomorrow which will disappoint my sister as they said it should be here today.
The thing that really annoys me is they won't admit they made a mistake: they just acted like it never happened.
