Random request time.

I have been dredging childhood memories to try and remember the songs I thought were cool as a kid. One that I haven't been able to nail is the artist of the particular "Sumertime Blues" version I liked.

I taped (VHS) off TV a performance or music video where the guy in I think a white jacket sung and played the piano and was pretty active in doing so.

Does anyone know who he was or where I can find the video?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFUPLOznDqM by Brian Setzer sounds the most like what I remember (it has been 20 years) and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9x0wbKHos0 by Alan Jackson fits the timeframe but not the accent.

Thanks!

Common sense is not as common as you think.

Played live in studio on an NZ tv show, or a recorded version on an international show?

Can you describe the appearance of the performer, and video features if any?

He jumped around the stage a bit, pretty heavy on the piano keys but pretty much just a piano on stage, dude in white jacket, thats about all I can dredge out of my memory :-)
