Felt in Dunedin. Christchurch based again maybe?

Who else felt it?

Bloody nice one that! Shook everything again, no breakages at home thank god. We lost phone line for a few minutes but not internet, odd. Waiting with baited breath for geonet to update!

In direct line from Halswell to Taylors Mistake, hence the same fault as the 6.3. So a 5.3 being one magnitude less is the expected pattern, maybe 3 weeks late though.

We lost power for over an hour - so it was takeaway for tea :-)
Apart from that, no damage done.

And Queensland had one too. I remember the Newcastle quake that killed more than a few. Yes Australia gets quakes too.
