Cheap or high quality - extremely rare to find both together.

I've had reasonable success with iron on transfers, as long as there's no sharp pointy corners.

Otherwise, it depends what you mean by cheap.

I've paid more than that for a sandwich. You get what you pay for.

It was! A footlong subway sub with avocado and bacon costs about $15.

Banana?

Vistaprint?

Don't know what they charge, but I used to get emails from them all the bloody time so I know they do t-shirts.

I know vistaprint did them for about $12 on special, and postage was only a few dollars but it did take almost a month to arrive. You can get courier but it was like $45 for a 300gm tshirt.

Zazzle.co.nz was pretty good - cheap as it all comes out of some unknown 3rd world country.

My one hint would be to take whatever size you want and increase it by two - they seem to operate off chinese sizes so an XL is really an M.
