like choose your own picture you would like on it with free shipping

one that is hq so if i wash it the picture dose not come off or start to peel after a wile

I've had reasonable success with iron on transfers, as long as there's no sharp pointy corners.

Otherwise, it depends what you mean by cheap.

I know vistaprint did them for about $12 on special, and postage was only a few dollars but it did take almost a month to arrive. You can get courier but it was like $45 for a 300gm tshirt.

Zazzle.co.nz was pretty good - cheap as it all comes out of some unknown 3rd world country.

My one hint would be to take whatever size you want and increase it by two - they seem to operate off chinese sizes so an XL is really an M.

you can, i bought one brand new off trademe. cost me $5 including shipping from southland. good quality.
