Hi
I have a letter from a Chinese friend that is hand written and I need translated into English, it's a single A4 with quite big writing.
Does anybody know of a somewhere that is not too expensive that will translate from a JPEG photo?

lchiu7: Not relevant since the written language is the same no matter how it's pronounced. More relevant is if it's written in complex forms (HK) or simplified forms (mainland China).
