Hi guys,
I'm planning to go to Nebraska at the end of next year.
I know it's still far far away, but i'm just curious.

It's easy to book a flight out from here to the hub at San Francisco or LAX.
But when it comes to booking an airfare from there to Nebraska, I'm quite puzzled.

The airline websites i've been to requires that the credit card holder have a US address in order for the payment to be accepted.
Same with paypal.

Any other way ?

Hmm, still a no go.

"Customers purchasing with a credit/debit card must have a billing address in the U.S., Canada, U.K., or select countries in Latin America"

I'm curious ,how do people usually book/purchase airline tickets from here in NZ for travel between the states ?  (say SF to Dallas etc.) ??

Expedia is good, I booked flights from SFO to DC, NYC to LAX, yes they are hub flights but you can book anything, ensure you play with the days as you can save a lot choosing cheap days, i.e. avoiding Business days.

expedia.co.nz is a kiwi based site, hence no worries with creditcards with kiwi billing addresses

I managed to book flights directly on the airline websites using a NZ credit card just over a year ago.

I used Southwest, United and Virgin America successfully.
