Hi,

I've decided to build my own still as a bit of a hobby. Does anyone know where to buy some copper tubing and fittings? Seems everyhere i try have pack sizes for what I that would give me enough to make 5.

Try an industrial refrigeration engineer, they should have all the sizes you need or Mico metals. Plumbing wholesalers should have the copper nipples etc you may need.

Ive been meaning to make a still for a while, i made a batch of alcoholic ginger beer a while back that brewed for a bit too long so wasnt good to drink - distilling it seems the best way to use it.

Oil pressure gauge kits on trademe come with a few nipples & metres of ~5mm copper tubing. An expensive way to get the stuff, but might be easiest

Hehe the design I have in mind slightly larger tubing than that. The reflux column needs 50mm tube about 1metre in length.
