Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble getting to parts of "My Account" at the Genesis Energy site?

I keep getting an "Error Occurred My Account is currently unavailable. Please try again shortly." when trying to get to different parts of the site.  The main page opens up fine (current bill amount etc) but other areas give me the above error.

Issue was first noticed Sunday at around 6.30pm when I logged in.  Issue is still there this morning.

I was able to view one of my old bills and view a usage graph, so seems OK to me.

Hmm still happening for me.

Only when I click on Energy Usage or Meter Readings does it crash out.

It does sound like they may be having issues then, thought it was just me.

Will wait till about mid-day and see what it is like. They may be working on it at the moment.

If it is still down or playing up I will contact them.

Just an update,

Got an email from Rochelle at Genesis who explained the situation.

Not an issue with the whole site, just my account. Is being sorted at the moment.
