I see this processor is due for release on Thursday (27th July). I'm looking to get hold of a pc with this processor in NZ after its release. It seems Dell USA and Dell UK already have XPS 700 desktop available for preorder with this processor. I contacted Dell NZ and they aren't even aware of it! They have no idea when they will be releasing a pc with the new core 2 processors.
Does anybody have any idea on what other manufacturers will be releasing pc's with this processor within the next few weeks?

Thanks

If you want bleeding edge technology build your own computer as it will alwasy take time for Dell etc. to release a new PC as they have to test it, ship it, etc.

Plus building your own PC is rather easy these days, fun and gives you the satasfaction that only DIY can give. (Plus you can do it cheaper sometimes too)
